WarmPro Construction Heaters

Complete Winter Work Faster

Concrete Curing Blankets

Calorflex WarmPro Concrete Curing Blankets protect concrete pours from conditions that are too cold or too hot for optimal curing. Maintain hydration and successfully work through freezing winters and burning summers with these insulated curing blankets.

Our design eliminates hot and cold spots by applying uniform full-coverage heat across the entire surface of the blanket. Use yours to thaw ground before pouring concrete and again after finishing for freeze protection. This rapid thaw blanket is a maintenance-free heating solution that reduces downtime, eliminates headaches associated with frozen ground and saves you time and money.

All of our concrete curing blankets come as an insulated, water-resistant design with UL certification to meet safety standards.

Features

  • Reach PSI levels in a shorter period of time than conventional curing methods
  • Maintain moisture retention during the curing process for greater strength
  • Protect ground and subgrade from frost, snow and ice buildup prior to pour
  • Maintain compliance with ACI 306 cold weather requirements
  • Reduce downtime and scheduling delays
  • Reduce the impact of freeze-thaw cycles and fluctuations in temperatures during the curing process
  • Certified by UL to meet safety standards

Ground Thawing Blankets

Calorflex WarmPro Ground Thawing Blankets can be used to thaw frozen ground, keep vehicle or equipment engines warm, and effectively melt dangerous ice dams. They provide a higher watt density and hotter temperature than other concrete curing blankets.

Our design provides uniform heat across the entire blanket, eliminating any hot or cold spots. This rapid thaw blanket is a maintenance-free heating solution that reduces downtime, eliminates headaches associated with frozen ground and saves you time and money.

It can be heated to a preset of 150 °F ± 10 °F / 65 °C ±5°C. Melt snow and ice from roofs, walkways, and construction areas. Achieve higher heat control when combined with an adjustable or fixed thermostatic controller.

All of our ground thawing blankets come as an insulated, water-resistant design with UL certification to meet safety standards.
